Welcome to Gillian Watt - Wellbeing Practitioner
Sometimes life can get a bit much. We all have challenges along the way but now and again it can become overwhelming. People and animals of all ages can be affected by stress and anxiety. Teenagers (remember that you were once a teenager!) find life frustrating and difficult at the best of times but throw in a pandemic, and other issues, it gets multiplied a hundredfold. If our needs haven't been met, and we haven't been heard as teenagers, the stress of our teenage years gets stored and leaps out later in life. Our four legged friends also absorb our stress and worry, playing it out in a multitude of ways.
That's where I come in.
I have been passionate about health and wellbeing for many years, both in my personal and professional life, initially as a musician and latterly as a teacher and head teacher. Animals have been a major part of my life from the very beginnng. My mission is to share the tools that I have used, so that when others experience tricky times, they will have their very own 'tool kit'.
My 'tools' include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping, Reiki, Mindfulness, EMMETT and 16 Guidelines,
using the outdoors and woodland skills as often as possible.
I look forward to meeting you!
