Wellbeing with AndBreathe: 'Wellbeing with AndBreathe' is a block of 4 sessions where you will be introduced to Mindfulness, EFT/Tapping, 16 Guidelines and other practical strategies to nurture your mental health and wellbeing. If you do have some experience of the above skills, the block will be a good review and refresh. I know that I always benefit from going back to basics! As a wee bonus, a 30 minute one to one session of Reiki will be offered at the end of the 4 week block, if you wish. This will be a lovely opportunity to learn a bit more about all of the above, in a safe and supportive environment.
