Wellbeing Walks: Socially distanced, 1 - 2 - 1, bespoke sessions, in the outdoors. There are times in all of our lives when that one additional request or increased expectation makes it feel like the world is about to crash down around us. For the most part, it often just takes a friendly ear to help sift through the remnants of the 'crash' and put everything back into perspective but sometimes it takes a bit more...

Family Wellbeing in the Outdoors: It's been a tough few months for all of us! Yes, in many ways it's been a bonus to have unexpected time together, but being at home 24/7 has had its challenges! These outdoors sessions are for parents/carers and their primary school aged children. A time to share and learn about wellbeing skills that can support the whole family (P1-P7), at the same time as having fun together. There will be a mix of mindfulness, mini me yoga and other woodland activities. There will be a maximum of three families, participating in 'family bubbles'. Bring a picnic to have before, or after the session, in the beautiful grounds of Haddo House & Country Park. Dates & times: 10:00am - 12:00pm Monday, 13th/20th/27th July Wednesday, 15th/22nd/29th July Friday, 17th/24th/26th July Cost: £25 per session. 4 sessions - £85
Outdoor Wellbeing for Teens: Teenagers have had their own challenges over the past few months. It's not easy being a teenager at the best of times, but having your social support network whipped away, exams being cancelled, prelim results suddenly becoming extremely important (and we know we never try as hard in prelims?!) and trying to get to grips with the different platforms for communicating with school, I do think teenagers deserve credit for getting through it all. The teenager outdoor sessions have always been a favourite of mine (I know we're not meant to have favourites!), so I am delighted to be able to offer a safe space for teenagers to socially interact in a socially distanced way. The sessions will include mindfulness and other positive mental health and wellbeing strategies, as well as creative woodland activities. Dates & times: 1:00pm - 3:00pm Monday, 13th/20th/27th July Wednesday, 15th/22nd/29th July Friday, 17th/24th/31st July
Outdoor Wellbeing for Adults: This is mindfulness for both the experienced practitioner and newbys alike. In this two hour adult only session you can move towards a more mindful life, and learn how to be fully present in any given moment. It is said this is the key to better mental health: the past is gone, the future not yet written. We can only live in this very moment, so we must learn how to appreciate it. Dates & times: 7:00pm - 9:00pm Wednesday 15/22/29 July Cost: £45 (3 sessions)
