Paws b is a classroom-based mindfulness curriculum for 7-11 year olds, made up of 6 themes that can be delivered over 6 weeks (one hour sessions) or 12 weeks (30 minute sessions). .b, pronounced [dot-be], is the UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools. .b stands for ‘stop and be’, a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson (one hour session) course.
One to One small/group: support for children who find a formal curriculum challenging, using a mix of skills, including mindfulness, EFT, yoga and the outdoors.
Staff Wellbeing - Gillian facilitates wellbeing sessions for school staff, sharing Mindflness, EFT, 16 Guidelines and other practical skills.
